The upper level used to be an attic, so the central area that is occupied by the elevator shaft, has sound isolation. Two small rooms are used as a bathroom and a storage room. Now an entire family can enjoy home theater or children's play on this level, which offers a wide view of the river.

I love how they use the green color to put a little life in the plain looking penthouse. It has brought a more colorful vibe inside the area. I've seen a luxury penthouse Singapore that also made use of light blue and it was a great combination.
